Large rental close to the beach! Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, etc. Newly remodeled 2 story home less than 200 steps from the beach. Sleeps 14 comfortably & plenty of deck to relax with incredible upper deck views. Lots of outdoor seating with tables, chairs, hammocks. On main level is fully stocked kitchen, Open living/dining area, Master bedroom with Queen bed & half bath, Guest bedroom with Queen bed. Full bath. Upstairs you'll find 2 Guest bedrooms each with a Double bed, Guest bedroom with Double bed & Twin bed, and a bonus room with Double bed & Twin bed, tv and two full baths. Outdoor kitchen, shower, charcoal pit, fish cleaning, fire pit, picnic tables, WIFI & more! Rent the house next door, Low Tide, for additional sleeping.

  We had 3 families with kids sharing one house so we needed something big that did not break the bank. This was a pretty nice house. We loved all the outdoor space on the decks, plenty of seating inside and out. We loved the manageable walk to and from the beach. My biggest comments about this place would be that it could be kept up better. Everywhere smelled like fish and we did not bring any with us. Most of the lightbulbs downstairs where you grill and shower after the beach were out so we weren't able to eat down there. There were visible damage and holes inside the house in a few places, Towel racks broken and set aside instead of put back on the wall. Just a bunch of little things. This is a great house, good size, beds were pretty comfortable for a rental (im a broken person so this was a plus) but over all they have dropped the ball on upkeep. it needs a good deep clean and a good but of maintenance.
  
  You do need to bring your own: Towels, hand towels, wash clothes, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Each bathroom did have a roll or 2 of toilet paper but after that be sure to bring more. They did have basic cleaning supplies, although we had to make a makeshift dust pan from a paper plate after we swept. There were a couple rolls of paper towels but make sure you bring more.

  Renting process was very easy, the house was great as far as bedrooms, bathrooms and closeness to the beach BUT the house has several cosmetic issues. Holes in the walls in living room not fixed, areas in ceiling coming apart from leaks, wires in carport hanging

  The house was wonderful. Our party was comfortable with the bedrooms. The only issue was the lack of towels just to dry hands. Do know they offer a rose service, but we assumed that was for adding towels for large parties or maybe beach towels not that there were no towels. Also, there were no cleaning products offered to help with spills or clean dishes that were used.

  House setup was great. I don't think a walk through prior to my arrival since many things need to be addressed. Once addressed I would go back but the outlets were hanging out of the wall, missing toilet paper holders and towel bars. Lights downstairs did not work upon arrival.

  The house was so pretty and close to the beach we just walked. Plenty of room for the group that went with us and the kids loved the porch swings.
